Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment for check-in processes. Please remember:

• Do not urinate 1 hour before your appointment.

• Eat a light meal 1 hour before your appointment.

• Bring a photo ID with you.

• Complete the paperwork on both links that are texted to you before arriving at your appointment.

• Your STI/STD Testing will require two appointments scheduled one week apart. The second is to receive your testing results. Should you test positive for Chlamydia or Gonorrhea, you will be treated on-site. (Hep C, HIV, and Syphilis require extended treatment, we will refer you to outside care).

• We always recommend appointments for your recent sexual partner(s); if you'd like to set up an appointment for your partner(s) or if they would like to set one up for themselves, please call 409-898-4005.
